LIGHT CLEANING & MEAL PREP

Habit & Kin's team will provide light cleaning services and healthy meal prep! 

Our team is highly trained in both healthy meal prep and safe cleaning practices.  We will take some of the pressure off the you and provide a calm presence while in your home.

Minimum 2 hours:

You will have a Habit & Kin team member come to your home.

We will prepare you a healthy nourishing meal (pre-discussed) using groceries in your refrigerator and kitchen factoring in allergies and dietary requirements. After preparing the meal and tidying the kitchen, the member will lightly tidy, dust and organize washroom(s), bedroom(s), and living area.
